Hate is Wrong’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and anti-bullying centers around education. The face of this education is Esera Tuaolo, whose public speaking falls in line with Hate is Wrong’s mission.
After retiring from the National Football League, Esera came out as gay in 2002 on HBO’s Real Sports and began a career of advocating for the LGBT community. He has worked with different sports organizations, like the NFL and the Gay and Lesbian Athletics Foundation, to combat homophobia. He makes and has made appearances on television programs such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Ellen Show, and Good Morning America, and has spoken and continues to speak at colleges, organizations, and corporations, such as Motorola, Inc., Human Rights Campaign, Dell, Inc., Xavier University, Texas A&M University, University of Michigan, and Williams College.
Hate is Wrong is proud to partner with Esera to spread Hate is Wrong’s message of inclusion, diversity, and anti-bullying. To book Hate is Wrong for a speaking or educational engagement, please fill out the form found on our contact page.
